These terms govern access to and use of the mySilva platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and to processing described in our Privacy policy.
mySilva provides tools for private forest owners to view and manage forest information, including data sourced from official registers where you provide valid identifiers. Features may change as the product evolves.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with other users, or use the service in violation of law or third-party rights.
Forest valuations, maps, and AI-assisted outputs are informational and may be incomplete or outdated. You remain responsible for decisions on the ground and for complying with local forestry and safety rules.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude indirect and consequential loss. Our aggregate liability arising from these terms is limited to amounts you paid us in fees for the service in the twelve months before the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the revised version and adjust the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
